We are not a box mover. The install crew is ours, the gas work is ours, and if the manufacturer needs calling about a warranty, we are the ones who call them.
What we do

This is the difference between buying a fireplace and having one.
Installation
Fireplaces, inserts, stoves, log sets, grills and heaters. Framing details, venting and the finish work around it.
Gas lines
New runs, extensions and conversions. It comes up in our reviews as often as the products do.
Venting
Direct vent runs, chimney liners and terminations done to the manufacturer's spec, because that is what the warranty depends on.
Warranty
If something fails, bring it to us. Dealing with the manufacturer is our job, not yours.
Working with your contractor
We are happy to be the supplier and nothing more.
Plenty of our business is builders and remodelers who want the right appliance and the correct spec, and who have their own crew for the rest. That is fine by us.
Send us the plan and we will return the cutout dimensions, clearances, vent requirements and where the gas needs to terminate.

Do you service equipment you did not sell?
For parts, always — that is what the counter is for. For labor, it depends on the make and how old it is. Call us and we will tell you straight.
How far do you travel?
Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills without a second thought. Beyond that, ask.
