The Parts Counter

Most places that sold you an appliance in 2011 cannot help you in 2026. Bring the old part in and we will put the new one in your hand.

Gas connectors and brass fittings on the parts counter

What is on the shelf

The things that actually fail.

This is not a catalog you order from. It is stock, in Mesa, that you can leave with.

Cooler parts

Pads, pumps, floats, motors, belts, bearings, valves, covers and hose. The whole wear list.

Hearth parts

Thermocouples, thermopiles, pilot assemblies, valves, remotes, receivers, blowers and glass gaskets.

Gas fittings

Connectors, key valves, shutoffs and flex line — the brass that makes the difference between a project and a call-out.

Grill parts

Grates, burners, igniters, regulators and hoses for what we sell.

How to make it a one-trip job

Bring the part, or bring the number.

A photograph of a fireplace does not tell us which valve is in it. The old part does, and so does the model or serial plate — usually behind the lower louver or on a tag inside the control cavity.

If you can only get one thing, get the model number. We can work from there.

  • BestThe failed part itself, in a bag
  • Nearly as goodModel and serial from the rating plate
  • UsefulA clear photo of the plate and of the part in place
  • Not enoughThe brand and the approximate year
