Napoleon started in 1976 as a steel fabrication shop in Barrie, Ontario, and is now the largest privately owned hearth manufacturer in North America. Still family owned, and still building in Barrie.
The reason we carry them is range. Gas, wood and electric fireplaces, inserts to go into an existing masonry opening, and freestanding stoves, all from one manufacturer. That matters later, when you need a part or a warranty claim and there is one phone number rather than three.
