You have driven past it. East Main between Ellsworth and Crismon, big white letters on a black quonset roof. Pull in, come through the front door and somebody will actually walk the floor with you.

Straight answers
The questions we get most
Do you install what you sell?
Yes. We have our own installers and we run the gas line, the venting and the finish work. If you would rather use your own contractor that is fine too — we will spec the unit so it fits what they are building.
Can I still get parts for an older fireplace or cooler?
That is what the parts counter is for. Bring the old pump, pad frame, thermocouple, blower or valve in with you and we will match it. We keep cooler parts on the shelf rather than ordering them in.
Do you price match the big box stores?
We are usually within a few dollars of them on the same unit, and we are the ones who will help you size it, install it and get you a part for it in three years. Bring us the price you found.
What areas do you cover?
Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. Further out, call us and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the trip charge.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday between 8 and 5, or Saturday between 10 and 3. If you want a specific person, call ahead and we will make sure they are on the floor.
